We recommend booking your wedding caterer 9-12 months in advance. Peak wedding season (May-October) fills quickly, so earlier booking ensures availability. For off-peak dates, a minimum of 6 months lead time is ideal. Popular dates and venues book faster, so early planning is key.

Yes. We work the host to identify the allergens and food restrictions and then prepare food separately as needed.

For buffet style service we serve your food in order to keep your guests safer from cross contamination.

We meet and go over foods that create and evoke great memories, menu likes and dislikes, allergens, and dietary restrictions. Then we’ll prepare a menu and have you come in for a tasting.
